Who is responsible

AGN is responsible for the personal information collected on this website.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us with a form on this website:

• your name, and your phone number and/or email address;
• your message and the details of your request (for example a product, a date, a quantity or an address).

Why we collect it

We use this information only to answer your request: to contact you, give you a quote, confirm a booking or an order, and follow up on it.

We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we will not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.

By sending a form, you consent to this use. You can withdraw your consent at any time. For visitors in the European Union or the United Kingdom, the legal basis is the steps taken at your request before a possible contract, and our legitimate interest in answering you.

Who processes it

This website runs on Cypraea, a website platform, which stores the requests you send on our behalf. Cypraea uses service providers for hosting (Cloudflare) and its database (Supabase). Your information may therefore be stored outside your province or country, with protection equivalent to this policy.

Only the people at our business who need your information to answer you can see it.

Cookies and technical data

This website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. It may use a strictly necessary cookie, for example to remember your shopping cart.

Like every website, our hosting provider keeps short-lived technical logs (such as your IP address and browser type) to run the site and protect it against abuse. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, and the map of our address from Google Maps, so your browser connects to Google to display them.

How long we keep it

We keep your information only as long as needed to handle your request and to meet our legal obligations (for example, accounting records for an order). Then it is deleted.

Your rights

• Access the personal information we hold about you and get a copy.
• Have it corrected if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
• Have it deleted, and withdraw your consent.
• In the European Union or the United Kingdom: also object to or restrict its use, and receive it in a portable format.

We answer requests within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can file a complaint with the Commission d’accès à l’information du Québec or with the data protection authority where you live.

Security and incidents

This website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to your information is limited. If an incident involving your information presents a risk of serious harm, we will notify you and the competent authorities as the law requires.
